1. About Our Services

IIT Desk provides the following categories of services in the UAE:

• Typing services (CV/resume, data entry, translation, legal agreements, company profiles, letters and applications)
• Visa and document services (visa/Amer services, labour/Tasheel services, Emirates ID services, medical services, licensing, insurance, attestation, RTA/Salik/Darb, Dubai Police services)
• Business support services (trade license, VAT, corporate tax, PRO services, Ejari assistance, business establishment)
• Web design and development
• Digital marketing
• Graphics design

2. Client Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents
• Ensure that all documents provided (passports, Emirates IDs, licenses, etc.) are genuine and valid
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information or clarification required to complete your service
• Make payments as agreed for the service requested

You acknowledge that any delay, rejection, or additional cost resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information or documents provided by you is your responsibility and not that of IIT Desk.

3. Government and Third-Party Processes

For visa, document, and business support services, IIT Desk acts as a facilitator/intermediary to assist you in submitting applications to relevant UAE government authorities. We do not control, and are not responsible for:

• Processing times of government authorities
• Approval or rejection decisions made by government authorities
• Changes in government fees, policies, or requirements

Any government or authority fees quoted are subject to change without notice by the relevant authority.

4. Payments

• All service fees must be paid as agreed before or upon delivery of the service, unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Prices for services are subject to change; however, confirmed orders will be honored at the price agreed at the time of booking.
• Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

5. Intellectual Property

For web design, graphics design, and content services delivered by IIT Desk:

• Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered work (design files, website code, written content) transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• IIT Desk retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
• Any third-party assets used (stock images, fonts, plugins, licensed software) remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Confidentiality

We understand that documents such as passports, Emirates IDs, and business records are sensitive. We treat all client information and documents as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties except as necessary to complete the requested service or as required by law. 7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

• IIT Desk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
• We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by government authorities, third-party providers, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep our Site and Services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Dubai / your Emirate].

10. Changes to These Terms
